I like your photos! So what's the next step? If you're interested in booking us for your next event, contact us, and we can meet up with you to discuss details.  We'll go over a basic two page agreement and answer any questions.  At that point, a 50% retainer is required to lock in your date.   Feel free to contact us at any point from then until your scheduled event.  On the day of the event, the remaining 50% balance will be due.  We'll save and back up your content, edit, load to a USB flash drive, then send to the address provided!


What do your prices include? We keep everything very simple and straight forward. No fine print or hidden cost! Prices consist of travel, service, editing, and USB flash drive with print rights. We include a print release form so that you can print and share as many of the photos as you like!  


What about refunds? The initial 50% retainer is non-refundable.  This is to insure that you are as commited as we are!  In the extreme case that we are unable to attend due to sickness or death and no substitutes are found, then the initial 50% retainer would be returned. The remaining 50% is refundable in the event that the pictures are destroyed, lost, deleted, stolen, act of God, etc.  If a percentage is recovered, only the amount recovered would be prorated.


How many photos will I get? It really depends on the schedule of your event.  For a full day event, we like to shoot around 500 photos, but it could be more or less depending on location, set-ups, and the amount of time given to shoot.  Each event is different, so there is no specific number of shots. We'll shoot, have fun, and move on when you're ready!


When do I receive my photos? You should expect to receive all of your finished photos within 30 days. 


How many people will be with you? In most cases, there will be just two of us shooting photography.  In the event that an additional crew member is needed, there would be no extra charge, and we would let you know in advance.


What time will you arrive? We like to arrive about an hour early to set up and start shooting.  Let us know your schedule and we can go over details in advance!
